Easy sign-up for our 2013 Wine Championship. Fill out the form and it will be sent to our Kiwanian - Keith Mullins (Our chair person for this fundraiser). Then you can pay online, or have a committee member contact you for another method of payment. You can pick up your tickets from Keith when you drop off your wine for this event.
